    In 2007 Clément became co-founder of Metropolitan Ballroom (Charlotte, NC) and directed until 2018. In 2019 he and his wife Tatiana co-founded CT Dance Studio where he continues to train and mentor amateur students and professional instructors in advanced and expert levels of the Latin and Ballroom curricula. Clément is recognized as a top trainer, coach, and pro-am competitor in US events. From (2012 to 2018) his Latin students have won the World Pro-Am Championship Title, and have placed several times as top three finalists in the World Pro-Am Championships and in the “Best of the Best Challenge” at the Ohio Star Ball. From the time as MB principal Director till to date with CT Dance Studio, Clément has accumulated an impressive track record of organizing and choreographing the dance components of several significant fund raising and performing arts presentations in the region. Among the most notable performing arts events are the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra’s special presentation “Ballroom!” comprising six Latin and Standard dances with the full orchestra in 2013 and “A Waltz to Remember” presentation with the full orchestra in February 2015, as well as another special orchestral presentation hosted in the Southwestern US later that same year.
